Company introduction

The beginning of "Hattori" is two generations before Seisaburo Hattori, who is the first generation in the history of the company.
Shobei Hattori (changed his name from Benya) in Kyoto in 1830.
It all started with the family name "Iseya Shobei".
Later, in 1885, Tosuke Hattori established the company as a travel goods wholesaler.
Founded Hattori Shoten in Kyoto City (Karasuma Bukkoji Sagaru, Shimogyo Ward).
From this time on, the trade name "Hattori" began.

In 1910 (Meiji 43), Seisaburo Hattori started as a general merchandise wholesaler.
Established Hattori Partnership Company in Kyoto and expanded sales network to major cities nationwide.
In 1911, in Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture (current headquarters)
We set up a purchasing department for Yanagi-gori, and in the following year, in 1912,
